White as Snow Dress

Its a fact: One of the very best things about summer is WHITE DRESSES and this just might be the best one we have ever seen!  The bust has a single tier which is covered in intricate laser cutouts.  As shown in our photos, it can be worn on or off the shoulders, thanks to an elastic band at the top!  The waist is cinched in and covered with a matching belt and the fabric is fully-lined.
