Topsy Twirly Top, Black

A great black top is an absolute necessity for every woman's wardrobe! This one is fabulous!! The silhouette is simple, but the spiral applique around the neck gives it a bit of spunk :) It has elastic at the neckline, which allows you to wear it on or off the shoulder!
