Our return policy is for store credit only. Store credit works just like cash, and never expires.
Item are eligible for return if:
- All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached
- Items are shipped back within 30 days from the original purchase date
- All items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains
- Sale merchandise, masks, and NuBra products are a FINAL SALE.
If you are returning a gift, that was not purchased under your e-mail address, please e-mail cs@shopbluedoor.com and we will be happy to generate a prepaid label and send to your email.
RETURNING AN ORDER
Use Our Prepaid Return Label
Use our Returns Portal to either print a label or use QR code to print a label at your closest USPS Post Office. $7.95 will be deducted from your Store Credit once your return is processed. It takes us 2-5 business days after receipt to process returns, but we will email your store credit as soon as it's ready!
Returning items from multiple orders? You must complete a request for each order, but feel free to return them in the same box! You can use the return label from one order, and we will only deduct the shipping fee once instead of from each individual order.

We suggest that you use USPS, UPS or FedEx with a tracking number, as we can not be responsible for items lost while in transit to us.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. Items will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.
