Poplin Halter Midi, Black

This little black midi dress is so flirty and cute for a Spring vacation or dinner date! The halter neckline can be tied a couple different ways as you can see here, and the straps are adjustable thanks to an adjustable back tie. Midi features a folded neckline, and the fit flows loosely through the body.
