Blue floral print dress with a tiered silhouette and a notch neckline. The sleeves have a smocked cuff and a cute ruffled edge. Dress is lined below the waist only. Pull-on fit. Fabric is 100% cotton without stretch. *also offered in ikat print*

Runs small through the chest and shoulders. Consider sizing up if busty. Model is wearing size small.
