Naomi Dress, Blue

We love that this dress is both simple AND fabulous! The loose, flowy fit makes it comfortable and easy to wear, but the ruffle-y elastic neckline and slit sleeves make it just a bit glamorous! Wear it on or off your shoulders; it's great either way! The fabric is thick and creamy and does not need a slip.
