High Life Dress

Wow, just WOW, what a dress!  The nude top adds perfect balance to the neon bottom and the open back adds just enough "sass" to the conservative hemline! It's the best of both worlds :)  The yellow band is actually elastic, so it shows off your waist, yet it's still comfortable to wear... gotta love that!  Add a bandeau, if you like (as shown) or simply wear our Nubra (stick on bra) and show off your back! Dress is lined to the knees.
