The “Hibiscus Midi” boasts a summer-inspired abstract floral print. The cinched waist has a sewn tassel tie detail on the front, and the tiered skirt has side pockets. The elasticized neckline and shoulders allow you to wear it on or off the shoulder. Stacy shows it styled both ways!
