Carly Flutter Top, Off White

A good white top will never steer you wrong! This one is made up of a 100% cotton poplin fabric. The flutter sleeves and V-neckline have tonal stitched detailing, and pintuck pleats on the shoulders create a flattering, cling-free fit.
