Cute has nothing on this little frock! A fresh mint hue is dotted all-over with tiny white dots while bands of cutouts are covered with lace. So fun and girly! Marlena wore this little top as a top with denim, but you can certainly rock it as a dress (with our "Long Leggings Tank / Slip" underneath) if you are more petite!
