This simple shift dress features shoulder cutouts with 3/4 length bell sleeves that have crochet panels that are stinkin' ahhdorable! A sheer, chiffon-like material makes up the top layer of this dress and an opaque, silky second liner acts as a liner. Stacy is showing this dress with tights but you can certainly rock it with bare legs as well!
